Has anyone recently ordered a Roll N Lock tonneau cover? just wanting to hear some experiences with the order process and eta's.

So wife received her truck last night after PDI. Long story short: 1. Ordered 2/9 Built 4/28 Still in transit Star white, platinum, powerboost 2. Found a dealer stock coming in sooner with the same exact specs as the original order above. Put down a deposit and is suppose to arrive 6/24/21...

honestly i'm still not holding my breath haha. it does show awaiting shipment via tracker. It's actually for my wife so until she has keys and is sitting in the truck, i'm still skeptical.

ford tracker still shows 10/31 eta and shows in production.

Well the dealer stock order was a 3/15 build week. It just got chips put in and will actually arrive before my 4/28 build.

Just got a call from my sales guy and my truck just got the remaining chips installed and is now awaiting transit. The vehicle visibility report shows released. Ordered 2/9/21 Built 4/28/21 Coincidentally my other truck i put a deposit on (dealer stock order that was built week of 5/17) which...

welp my ETA of today 5/24/2021 is still active, but no truck. figured so!

Oh man, yeah i feel for the people who ordered last year. Y'all are very patient! My number is six. If i don't get my truck in six months (from order date) i'm cancelling/not taking delivery. The only cars i'm willing to wait a year for is a Ford GT, AMG or Porsche.

I am sure a lot of people who ordered trucks in Jan/Feb/Mar feel the same way. In about a month or two the Apr/May crowd will feel the same. Basically the perfect storm (great movie btw).

Hey that might be a good thing. I've read where dealer websites will show inbound/in transit trucks on their site when it has shipped. When did you order your truck?

yup, that is exactly what i did. both trucks have the same options, however the one i did not order is on transit with max tow. Hoping the max tow comes in first.

yeah that is precisely what is happening with dealerships in my area. However, it looks like any trucks with a blend date in the last two weeks are getting built and shipped to dealers faster than retail orders. Do i put a deposit down on a produced stock order or not.......
