I would say the dealership has taken care of 90% of my issues. I just haven't had time to leave my truck with the dealer for another day+ to take care of the rest.

Calling Ford Customer Service did nothing, I eventually downloaded Twitter and tweeted something nasty @Ford and was immediately messaged for my contact info. A specialist contacted me a few days later. I'll PM you the Specialist that helped me to possibly save you the headache.

Noticed it since day one and in my opinion is rather annoying. Anytime I walk by the truck with the fob in my pocket it starts clicking and clacking.

I am using the Husky "Centerline TS" weight distribution hitch. Setup was typical for all WD hitches and it did great with sway from crosswinds. Very happy with this hitch and is well priced.
