Let me preface this - not trying to be funny because I too have a PB. This sounds like my son's electric car motor not engaging. Almost like the transmission is missing the torque converter and hunting gears.

This is exactly why I got an xlt. Value for what I use. I did shop every other brand and ended up with a more expensive Ford.

Gen12 F150 with the ecoboost was the best truck I've ever owned. I've had more issues (simple recalls) with my Gen14 in the first year of ownership than I ever had with the Gen12 (2012). In fact, I held on to it avoid the Gen13.

If anybody is interested in a driver's side tail light, send a pm. I am just trying to gauge interest before I put it on ebay. I have a 23 BAP XLT. Light would be without BSM.

There was no issue driving for me. Just happened once and then about 3 months later it started happening more.

This is the message I received. They did mention they could see it somehow. But it did disappear. They went to flash the transmission for another tsb and for whatever reason they replaced my shifter module.

The 4x4 message was on the app not the vehicle. I only received the service vehicle now message on the truck. When I checked the app I saw the other issues.

I also had the service light disappear and called my service department while it was on and they could see it when it was on even though it would disappear.

For the service vehicle soon no loss of power. Do you have a 4x4 power message? Do you have a console Shifter? My ford dealer replaced my Shifter under a TSB or recall and I haven't had it happen since. They flashed the transmission at the same time which should clear up all issues but the...

No experience with the 10r80 but the 10r60 was easily 3k cheaper, same parts, and faster at a local shop. Ford did offer a better warranty for the work and trans, so there may be something there. Ford also wanted to put a fresh transmission in there v. A rebuilt one.
