It's sealed and unrepairable. I talked to Ford again on Friday and they are starting a buy back. Looks like Im looking for a new truck. If anyone else has this issue please contact the NTSB and make a complaint. Maybe it will help Ford understand they need to keep safety parts in stock.

I called Ford and talked about the motor and lemon law. I told them the situation and she tried to call my dealer to get and update but got no response or eta. Next thing I know I have a case number for a buy back. Have tried to call the rep back and email but no response.

I had a very similar situation however mine was delivered and it broke 2 weeks later. The dealer said they would just take on off the lot and replace it. They said that they tried two trucks and neither worked. Now it's been 50 days and no truck. I hope you have better luck.
