I know probably wrong section in the forum but can I connect to FDRS now that I swapped my original apim 8 back in my truck. I left the 12 inch screen in I'm hoping I can update it on fdrs and maybe It won't be so glitchy before I spend over 1k on a new apim from infotainment.

Yes I still habe the original apim 8 Inch. I bought a new apim after that one wouldn't work with my new 12 inch screen. The new apim was all zeros in as built never used. The new apim is on Sync 4 20312 revision 243

Hi thanks for the response and help I greatly appreciate it. So if I'm understanding correctly I my apim is connected I just have to wait for it to catch up by itself? Also do not connect to FDRS until it's fully caught up?
