You need to add rental coverage to your policy ASAP. I pay less than $50 a year for it and I'm covered up to a full-size truck. The cost is minimal upfront to be covered in the event you're going to need it...like now.
Thats definitely some kind of debris under your clear coat. Quality control has really gone down hill. I would go see your dealor asap they should have caught that in pre delivery prep. It will need to be sanded out and resprayed. Should be done for you at no cost. Let's hope thats your experience.
You are having a battery issue. You could try charging your battery but the 2021 was known for coming with a bad batch of batteries. Even replacements from ford were known to have same issue. I would start with a good replacement battery and make sure you reset the BMS module after battery...
