Low battery condition causes it to lose it's programming. Just needs to set again. Did mine a couple weeks back and has been good since.

I can hear my head rest speakers with non Atmos music so that’s not true. Only way I notice them working is by turning my head 90 degrees right or left. The treble gets pronounced in the ear facing the head rest.

I believe it happened to me when I walk away from the running truck and I lose connection and then when I come back, no volume. Not every time though.

Yep, the reboot is the only thing that has fixed it for me.

Updates seem to target particular modules. Updates should be cumulative for the particular module. I would guess no for cumulative in covering updates for different modules.

I find if you fade past the head rests you start losing perceived volume, most music is mixed to come from in front of you.

I run Wilson Audio and McIntosh at home. I have no intention on upgrading the system in my truck. It’s sufficient for a non properly sound treated environment with road noise.

Truck was sitting unlocked, lights on auto for over a week. jumped in this morning pulled up to our premium tank, truck left running, filled it, pulled back around, turned it off jumped out. Doors unlocked lights still on auto. Got the 4.2.3 installed notification 10 minutes later. Crappy...
