Just understand that if you activated Ford pass than any modifications you have done get sent directly to Ford. It's not likely that it would cause a problem being that it is just a better intercooler but know that the dealer can use it against you if something goes wrong.

That's almost the EXACT set up I'm about to do. What kind of MPG increase did you see? Do you have to be in Eco mode to get that mileage?
