Am I correct in thinking the "Not Completed" has nothing to do with battery charge level? Is it indicating an incomplete download? What would cause that?

Recieved a different (engine performance) OTA since then. Now got the "Not Completed" again for BC 1.4.

Almost progress. Received the IPMA-24.204..10.9 update today but got the 'Not Completed' message.

Over eight months now since this was announced without the update. Ford's OTA system is incredibly frustrating. About to go on my ninth road trip without these enhanced features. OTA updates continue to come in, just not this one.

I also received this update this week. Still no BC 1.4 functionality. I'm assuming this is because this is the SYNC update and I still need the IPMA. Is there a way to check? Does the IPMA typically arrive soon after the SYNC?

Now six months. Still no BC 1.4. (But the Optimized Airflow OTA installed yesterday.)

Marking five months since this was announced. Still no OTA update on my 2023 Platinum.

Are you both on Early Access program? Still waiting to hear if any non early-access trucks have started getting 1.4 OTA.

It does look like BC 1.4 OTA is finally coming. It started going out OTA to the "Early Access" folks a few weeks ago. See the discussion thread Bluecruise 1.4 is here, update installing now for the latest.

Nothing yet with a 2023 Platinum. However, HVAC updated last night, and this morning a power window update appeared. Hoping this is the start of a trend. ;)

It's been a few weeks. Has anyone not in the early access program gotten the OTA update yet?

Were you able to idle while you did the update? Or do you mean after update completion?
