Worse, 99 days since “shipped”. It has been in the KC railyard for over 90 of those days. Savanna at Granger tells me her screen says “shipper Performance” as the description for delay. She has reached out to the local Ford rep too, no response. There have been countless other MY23 passing...

62 days sitting in a rail yard for my truck. Many others have passed it by on way to Granger through the very same rail yard. I’m convinced it was damaged and they are holding it until it can be fixed. Why else is it just sitting there? Still very much looking forward to taking delivery, but...
