    I ordered mine from https://ford.oempartsonline.com/ and it worked fine. I just had to remove the power tilt/telescope module.

    Just a suggestion - try disconnecting the steering wheel heating element plug from the SCCM, turn the heating wheel button on and see if you have voltage at the pin connector.
