I suspect a rotational force with a tool on the strut body itself is what caused the damage to my stickers.
I have no idea where the extra holes on mine came from (second owner so they could have been there) or how/why my Bilstein logos are pointing in opposite directions if the strut body...
The driver side is facing the rear, the passenger side is facing the front.
It is elliptical. There is another hole behind the rearmost bolt as well.

I didn't install them; I went to a local 4x4 shop. I've attached some pics of my install and part numbers though.
I hate speculating and I didn't specifically ask them, but looking at my install, they may have repositioned the holes based on you what you guys are saying and what mine looks...
I wouldn’t describe it as “too rough” but it’s definitely not stock over a continuous series of small road imperfections.
It definitely feels firmer than the 5100s I had in my 17.
Considering how well it tames the rear while empty, soaks up pot holes, corners, and keeps the truck from bucking...
What I paid POST taxes and shipping was almost the same price as buying the "installed" 6112/5160 package PRE taxes and shipping from elsewhere.
Considering the springs were already “installed” with these, there was no longer a value proposition question that needed debate.

Installed rears. Great ride; handled ~1/4 of payload capacity really well over highway and unpaved/rocky area.
Biggest improvement by far is the empty ride/drive; soaks up bumps at speed with a dull thud and not a judder with my 275/65/20 KO2s.
