  1. Greasing the Slip Yoke Cured Several of Issues for me

Hans Moleman - Thanks for posting this. My '24 FX4 5.0 supercab has had a vibration issue since I bought it last September. Part of the vibration was due to all four wheels and tires being out of balance which required 3 trips to dealers to successfully road force balance plus replace one tire...
  2. '21 10r80 underfilled from factory?

My 2024 was a little bit more than 1/2 qt low (18oz to get it to half way between 5&6). It's Interesting that when I initially checked it the fluid level didn't even register on the stick at 206 degF.
  3. Is the OEM rubber bed mat the best option?

It all depends on what you are looking for. The TPE liners fit well but they are slippery and tend to warp in the sun. The rubber mats are flat and allow dirt / debris to get underneath them but they are better at keeping cargo in place and don't warp in the sun. I bought a DeeZee rubber mat for...
  4. Any update on a Trailer TPMS system?

I don't have an older camera to compare it with but it does seem to be low resolution. The camera in the -CH kit that I bought is PN: HC3J-19H391-CB and the box that it was in is dated 11-20-23 so it was on the shelf for a year before it was put in the -CH kit.
  5. Any update on a Trailer TPMS system?

I just installed a LC3Z-1A189-CH (Supercedes -C camera only kit with pro trailer backup) dated Nov 06, 2024. The trailer side cable that connects to the 12 pin bumper connector has only 9 pins populated and the blue/white wire is not included in the main harness.
  6. Any update on a Trailer TPMS system?

The truck side harness with the 12 pin connector on my August built 2024 XLT with tow package and 360 degree cameras is a new revision. The part number on the harness tag is RL3T-13A576-AFG. In this harness, C439 (the truck side 12 pin connector) has wiring to 10 of the 12 terminals. The new...
  7. Any update on a Trailer TPMS system?

There is a list of the various wiring kits on Page 45 of the 2024 Ford RV and Trailer Towing Guide: https://www.vdm.ford.com/content/dam/brand_ford/en_us/brand/towing/pdf/2024-Ford-RV-and-Trailer-Towing-Guide.pdf
  8. Found a piece of metal in differential while upgrading the cover

That looks like either a bead of weld filler rod or slag to me. If so, it would have come from the axle housing. It probably wouldn't have been able to get into the bearings when they are moving but it could probably get between the gear teeth. On the bright side, if it had, it would have been...
