  1. Spray-in + Drop-in bedliner: Power move or overkill? Vote & win gear.🔥🔥😎

no way. You can’t be serious. That is extra lame.
  2. CAFE Standard is History - Will the PowerBoost be cancelled

some or many of us spent money to install an auto start/stop eliminator just because it’s annoying. I installed one for 2025 5.0L and it’s probably the best thing I’ve done for my truck. That feature annoyed the crap out of me……. But that’s just me.
  3. An auto start/stop deactivation story

Of course it’ll save on gas. But is it worth it….imo….probably not. I highly doubt it would even save a few gallons a year. Not even worth the time or effort to play around with the stupid button, let alone let it turn off/on the truck at the very stop light. Common sense tells me that will...
  4. F-150---- V8 Gas Mileage? What MPG Do You Get??

thanks for the little giggle. lol I figured I’m not as light footed as I think I am…… at least not compared to of these guys in here. I’d have to admit, it’s super hard to drive under 70 in California highways where everyone is going 80+.
  5. F-150---- V8 Gas Mileage? What MPG Do You Get??

Im still baffled as to how some of you guys are getting these ridiculously high MPGs on your 5.0’s. Are you guys all driving downhill. lol
  6. An auto start/stop deactivation story

I do, but not clock work. I shouldn’t have to remember to do it every single time I drive. And my button is down by my left knee not on top of the screen like some f-150 models, so it’s out of sight and I forget most of the time. It should save the last setting.
  7. An auto start/stop deactivation story

Picked up a 2025 XLT early July. Not really concerned about the auto start/stop doing damaging the truck. But I did get really annoyed by it. Ended up trying this device similar to the 4D one. Also installs behind the glove compartment. Plug and play and working perfectly so far. Just in case...
  8. Rear fender liners… Why install? OEM vs Aftermarket?

Purely for looks. Used ford points to get em. Installation took 5 minutes. Looks way better.
  9. New F150 came with glove box keyed differently than doors and center console.

lol and that’s exactly where it’s been since new.
  10. New F150 came with glove box keyed differently than doors and center console.

My 2025 XLT came with a key for center console lock and glove compartment. Such a stupid key, there’s no way of putting it on my key chain. It has no hole to feed the ring through it. Where/how do you keep this key ?
  11. F-150---- V8 Gas Mileage? What MPG Do You Get??

My wife has a Kia sorento PHEV. It gets 32miles EV range and becomes a hybrid after that. Rolled a dice when I bought it for her because it was the first year model of that vehicle in 2022. The MPG on the hybrid system was supposed to be 26/32. First 6 months of ownership I was really...
  12. F-150---- V8 Gas Mileage? What MPG Do You Get??

cool! Yea I kinda wanna say that I’ve noticed the mpg creeping up a bit or maybe I’m just more conscious when driving…not sure…but seems like it on my 4th tank of gas. Also did oil change after 1k miles with mobil synthetic. No ethanol for me, don’t know anything about it tbh, just gonna stick...
  13. F-150---- V8 Gas Mileage? What MPG Do You Get??

This is my first ford ever. I had a tundra 2015 tundra 5.7 trd and a 2014 Tacoma 4cyl. My tundra was getting like 14mpg and my 4 banger Tacoma was getting somewhere around 17-18mpg, it was so bad. My brother has the new Tacoma non-hybrid and he’s only getting 16-17mpg and has to fill up ever...
  14. F-150---- V8 Gas Mileage? What MPG Do You Get??

honestly i thought it was normal too and wasn't expecting much more than what I'm already getting. Only got curious because of what I read in this thread. I only tow my heavy trailer once every month or two. Besides that, it's my daily driver, so the excellent MPG of some of these guys got me...
  15. F-150---- V8 Gas Mileage? What MPG Do You Get??

Skimmed through this thread. How are some of you getting crazy good MPGs. I’m driving a new stock 2025 XLT FX4 5.0, currently only 1500 miles. Only 16ish overall mpg, maybe 70% highway, normal mode, light foot. How are some you getting over 20MPG. Will mpg improve as engine breaks in?
