Yes that’s correct. Currently on version 22087 and attempting the pending update.

This explanation would make sense but just 2 weeks ago I was able to update past 21146 and get to 22087. Took alot of time but I eventually got it to take. But on this attempt to update after inserting the usb nothing happens besides saying that it is indexing and indexing complete.
