These for a lift, or stock height?

Unfortunately, kind of what I expect as well. Just want in in writing in case this engine gives me problems later

2024 F150 w/ 3.5l Ecoboost, only 7k miles currently. I get a weeping/squeaking noise that I can't figure out. It's too quiet to record reliably, but both driver and passenger can hear it. Like a WOOWOOwoowoowoowoo noise, fading away after a few cycles. It happens under load (towing/hauling)...
