I very much feel your pain. I was in a similar position a few times with mine and it's disheartening. Mine was a voltage issue. They performed a TSB on it (software update) and it's been 100% problem free ever since. I say this to give you some hope it may yet be a reliable ride.

On my service receipt it says TSB-23-2317 which sounds right. Specifically addressed this issue with low state of charge and no starts. Truck has performed flawless since.

My local Ford dealer performed the TSB on my truck for this which was a software update and haven't had an issue since. Had a few issues with low battery before but none after. Just FYI.

Yeah, I did poke around that one but seems to have stopped at December of 2023. I'm assuming there have been updates since then.

Ford has released a TSB for this issue. I’d discuss it with your dealership.

Since I had the TSB performed I've not longer experience the SSN error. Might be worth looking into.

Mine did store codes (several, including the ones referenced in the TSB) and the dealership was able to pull them.

I had the TSB regarding this issue (software update) done about a month ago. No issues since, but it had only happened twice before. I have less than 5k on the truck. Fingers crossed that update did the truck. I’m using the truck as normal now (ignoring blower speed, 2 step start, etc.)

I received a priority update on Saturday and I hadn't seen it posted here yet, unless I missed it. It was 23-PU0110-RAD-PS in case anyone is interested.

Had the 23-2317 TSB completed on my truck last week along with the 5k service. I only had the SSN error twice, but both times were at a pretty inconvenient time so I hope this cures it. I'll attach the section from the work order on it and maybe someone smarter than me can comment about the CAN...

Mines at the dealer now for a 5k mile service and to have this fix applied. Here's to hoping it goes smooth.

I would recommend taking it in to the dealership so they can perform the required software updates. A TSB was released for this issue a couple of weeks ago so they should be able to address it now. It's TSB23-2317 in case you want to have the info for them.
