Service Advisor was up front and said he doesn't have a good bead on timeline for the APIM module. Hoping next week, but could be more like 2-3 weeks as there are supply issues. I'm just expecting the 2-3 weeks is the right answer, and hoping for the next week.

Visited dealer service again today for the black out issue. At this point when I rotate my headlight dial to the off position, the screen will black out 100% of the time in addition to just fading out while driving and as others noted, especially twilight hours or in/out of parking garage...

21 XLT - Neutral and back works for me. Also turning headlights off and back to auto, and rapidly pressing the physical "display off" button under the screen about 4 times.

Mine too. 2021 XLT. Started mid-Dec 2021. In dealer two times now, third scheduled 2/2/22. 1st time "software update got stuck". 2nd time "recall new software pushed". Both times reoccurred later that day.
