Just noticed on another thread that Simone had same issues while running pro power. ICE would run longer then normal and actually had to put it in gear to get the motor to shut down.
Having my battery replaced at 58k miles. Noticed the same thing when in pro power mode. Engine was running a bit longer. Would put it in drive to get it to shut down.
During that check engine light the hybrid did actually shut down. It was just using the ice and not switching to hybrid. Ran the same as a ecoboost. Really weird. It was Elk Grove ford in California
