Dealership said that they had a few customers that had experienced the same problem. It could be a load of crap but at least I was able to access the internet and found out about the fob slot. I had no idea that was there.

I had that happen at the gas station. I was told it was electrical interference from the pumps communicating with the store. I put the fob in the little slot under the cup holder and it started right up. I have a 2021 Lariat and it hasn’t happened since.🤷‍♂️

I took mine out today and, so far, I haven’t noticed any shifting issues or any issues at all. Getting ready to take a 500 mile trip so I hope it doesn’t act up!

My 2021 3.5 received the PT-25.15.5 last night. Haven’t driven it yet to see how it effects the shifting.

Has anyone with a 2021 gotten any more updates since the flurry of them that came in late July culminating in SYNC-25.2.1.6.5 and the fixing of the camera recall? Maybe, if they figure out a solution to the fuel pump recall, we will get some more updates!

I screwed up trimming a rail on my trifold and I contacted them and explained what I had done and they sent me out a new rail free of charge! If I downsize to a Maverick Tremor I will order another BakFlip!

I’m wondering the same thing. I have a 6 hour trip coming up and a lot of it has no cell service. The old fuel pumps used to act up for a while before they failed, hopefully the newer ones do also!

I was in the same boat, then this month I got four updates. Currently at 6.8.0. Still a couple years behind but I now know that I’m still able to get ota updates. I also got many phantom update notifications while on 6.3.0!

I just got the fuel pump recall. That makes two on my truck that they have no “fix” currently available. I watched a video on the pump replacement and there are many clips that I can see getting broken during the tank removal!

I get about one every six months on my 2021 Lariat. I pestered Ford Customer Service a lot trying to get Bluecruise activated and I think they blacklisted me!?

Thanks! No luck but not a big deal. It hasn’t been the same since they did the big update a year or so ago. I understand needing to justify your job but they should give you an option to return to the previous app!
