okay so confirmed auto hold was set to off. Put the car in D and couldn't recreate the issue at the moment. It seems intermittent Going to leave this thread up in case any other searchers experience similar issue

At least they are offering to update you every 45 days. In the 7 months it took me to get from Order to Delivery this year, there were times way longer than 45 days where I heard nothing from Ford.

I had priority 13 and it took 6 months from order to built.
