It's definitely associated with colder weather only. As an update on the above fixes that I posted, they worked brilliantly until last week. No noise whatsoever in any weather or condition. Last Thursday however, the noise came back. Unfortunately, the polishing procedure is but a temporary fix.

Been dealing with this issue since last year as well. For me, it's a rubbing noise at slow speeds (<30 km/h) and turning slightly left, about an eighth of a turn. Dealer has made multiple attempts to fix and is stumped. Hopefully Ford can release a fix soon....

Hi Folks, I took delivery of my truck yesterday. When I got it home I noticed a very small knick in the dash leather. I'm sure my dealer will fix it, but it's so small I'm not sure it's worth it. Does anyone know if that one dash panel can be fairly easily removed and replaced, or is it a...
