I just got a new battery 3 weeks ago (3rd battery in 4 years!!) and I do not see any temp control option in the FP app for remote start. Weird. Who knows! There is zero consistency with anything about Ford lately. And they just lost their 50+ year best selling vehicle (F-150) accolade to Toyota...

I have latest Android version (15) on the latest Galaxy S25 Ultra device. I can confirm that my FP app does NOT show temp control slider, though I've seen threads about it being available to others. Strange. I have a 21 Plat. But, I can report that the FP app is now available back on Galaxy...

Weird, maybe yall got an update I didn't because your truck is a newer model year. That's the only thing I can think of. :(

@Jesse-Infotainment Hi Jesse, wondering if you might have any ideas? I already tried soft reset with holding in Power + right Seek buttons. This seems to to be the only menu screen that doesn't populate. :( Dealer is avoiding my emails and calls. UGH.

Yikes, I'm too scared to attempt FDRS considering all the issues I've had with my truck from Ford on its own. Lol. Yeah, Jesse helped me once as well -- he's great. Good luck with the dealer!

I had this happen to me, (21 Platinum) but I went into the settings, toggled OFF - turned off truck - waited a couple minutes - turned truck back on, and toggled AUTO back ON, and works fine now. I've learned over the years that sometimes simply toggling back and forth fixes some minor things...
