Yep. Set the regulator for 45.
So water supply on. Y valves on the outlet of the filter closed. Adjust the screw for 45 on the dial.

I like to put an anti siphon/anti drain back valve where the flush hose connects to the spigot as an extra safety measure.
With the air gap valve in the camper, it shouldn't really be necessary but I use one too, as well as a dedicated hose.

Belt and Suspenders.

Isn’t the high pressure flush outlet in the black tank one way as well as the inlet in the wet bay?

I would bet not.

That may have a check valve. Pull the screen washer and see but whether needed or not, it is recommended to use an air gap and dedicated hose.

So the black tank flush hose is not used as the regular garden hose for washing the rv, or rinsing off chairs and shoes etc?
🤔

I wouldn't freak out about it but I don't use a drinking water hose, for BT flushing, or vice versa.

It's supposed to be but given the quality of the components rv manufacturers use i prefer the extra measure of safety.

I planned on using the blue hose only for fresh water. City or freshwater tank fill.
The green hose was going to be for everything else including black tank flush if needed.

I don't use it for anything other than the black tank flush. I'm also probably a borderline germaphobe though.

No. I’m just trying to learn. What would it take for sewer water to reach the hose?
The black tank would have to fill above the flush nozzle and then get past two one way valves per NFPA 1192. Same for the toilet.

Thinking about it, you may be right about the BT spray port also having a check valve, else it would be very easy for that line to be truly, contaminated, since yours goes in the side, rather top. Lets hope its there and functions.

The next failsafe, would be the air gap valve. Mine is in the bathroom vanity but I have heard of them being buried in walls. These do fail, from time to time.

Then, if you have it, a check valve at the BTF inlet but these fail too. Mainly from hard water build up. Same for the fresh water inlet but you'll have one there for sure.

Some info about the airgap valve.

Yeah you'd probably be fine but for me it's not worth the risk. I also fill my tank fairly full for rinsing it out.

Back flow check valve on the flush port. Copy. Cheap insurance and protects the utility hose.

Sewer accessories stored in their own bay? I don’t have a tube for the hose.

I apologize for so many questions.
