While it may be considered semantics by some, there is a slight difference to having the Sirius hardware built-in or not. While it's worked perfectly fine installed as an app on the phone, it does depend on the Internet and being within coverage range. Further, one need to have enough data available in a plan to utilize it. Personally I don't think it's as good, but at least it can be had working, if one satisfy the requirements of data and coverage.

But let's just agree, that it isn't included as a piece of hardware, with the antenna and satellite reception it usually was. Not it's internet based, from 2025 on.

Unless someone can show how it works on 2025s, cause this is what I and others have found: there is zero way to enable it in hardware by itself. It's just not there anymore, which I also believe was noted in some Ford write-up somewhere. Nav too is gone. Only android auto now.
What happens when you push the Sirius button on the screen the OP had in his picture?

There is no such Sirius button on my screen anywhere at least, and believe me I looked for a long time. I thought that button was just a print on the screen protector plastic, stricken out to boot.

There is no XM tuner anymore on 2025 models, on XL's at least. Lots of prior posts on Google about this being removed from packages 101-501 or so, which would include XL's. Higher models may differ.

Out of curiosity I looked into this on Ford’s website, seems for 2025 you have to step up to an XLT to get SiriusXM. Either OPs truck is actually a 2024 MY or that option was deleted partway into the 2025 MY and his is an earlier build than yours.

What happens when you click the source button on your main audio screen at the top left hand side? I'm interested if it takes you to the screen the OP posted that has Sirius on it. Mine has the same screen. If you click on the Sirius button, it will probably take you to the preview channel with info on how to link your vehicle to Sirius.

If true, that makes the OP's truck very intriguing.

It's funny how many people don't use sirius but I listen every day with a certain sports talk channel. I'd be upset if it didn't have. Way better integrated than the app. Mines a 24 XL so I'm good thankfully.

As you can see, I use it too. I rarely play anything off my phone.

But, as you also see, I'm perfectly fine just listening to local FM radio.

There's only 3 buttons on my screen, Am, FM and phone. Can take a pic tomorrow.

On the plus side, just changed phone subscription from a plan with only 2 or 3 GB data to 70gb data for same price. So no problem using the app data wise.

No Sirius hardware builtin, but Def has Bluetooth.
Sirius can be installed as an app on the phone, same subscription model etc.

But why not use iHeartradio instead? Works pretty much just as good, and not as much ads as Pandora. Pretty much the same ads as Sirius, but it's free. Functionality much the same.

If you install a basic music player app, then it can be launched from the XL screen. Just using android file manager to start a song saved on the phone doesn't allow this.

And if course android auto works good over Bluetooth, no builtin navigation anymore.

At first I only had radio on mine, nothing worked at all. So I installed the following on the phone:

Musicolet
iHeartradio
Ford pass (for remote starts)
Pandora
Sirius XM
Scanner radio (for 911 action reports)
Podcast player
Waze
Android auto

I'm sure there's others just as good or better apps out there, but this got me started with plenty to connect to. These all can be launched from the xl's screen. Never need to even look at the phone, stays in pocket.
In some areas, phone based Sirius sucks. Poor cell reception kinda defeats the purpose
