Today’s the day friends! After 133 days, my truck is finally scheduled to be built!! If all goes well, I hope I’ll be able to post a “Built” update here in about twenty-three hours!!
The big day! Congrats!!! It did take about 48 hours for the Ford tracker to say Built for me.

Did you have a spray in bed liner equipped on yours?

Congrats! Right behind you, scheduled for tomorrow! I just pray we get a good set of fully painted rear axles so we don't have the rust issue people have been having lately.
I’ve been thinking that too. Praying they don’t go skimpy on the frame/axle paint or that Velocity Blue Metallic and give us good coats of paint this week!! ???

Thanks for the heads up! I knew I was a little ambitious when I checked the Ford tracker first thing this morning hoping for an update!

Me either. Going the Line-X Premium route once I take delivery.
Nice! I messed up and didn't know about the bed liner delays until after joining this forum and by then I already had a VIN and it was too late to change the order ?‍♂ oh well

It seems some of us are getting close to our builds being shipped off from their respective plants. If you’re like me (which I think you are) you’ll be wanting to track your trucks a little more meticulously than the plain old “shipped” update on the Ford.com tracker.

It’s been so long, I didn’t think I’d ever need it, but the time is drawing near to track shipment of our vehicles if they’re coming via “Convoy” (rail).

I took the liberty of digging up this oldie but a goodie post from our own @currybob made for us months ago way back on October 11th.

Here is the thread containing all of the railway links and tips/methods on how to track your truck. ?

Post #1, hope this helps and we actually have a use for this wealth of information soon!

I have the spray in liner on mine, build day of 03/09. I also have the extended running boards which I believe were also constrained. Will see how long mine takes to show "built" compared to those without liners. Being in Canada, I also rely on the tracker on this site vs the ford.com tracker, not sure if that will make a difference on when the "built" status will show up.

You should still be in good shape. I almost got it myself because I really wanted the cool “Ford” insignia that they do on the bed wall of the truck. ?

Honestly, that's the only reason I went with the factory bed liner. That and the fact that I will put a tonneau cover on it so I'm not too worried about the fading issue. BUT I wasn't aware of the delays so hope that Ford logo is worth the extra wait for me ? it would be cool if there was a way to buy that separately and have Line-X install it before they spray it.

Cool! Keep us updated on the possible delays so we know what to expect ? Hoping a smooth and speedy process for you!

Thanks, and you as well. I haven't been waiting nearly as long as some folks on here, so grateful things have progressed relatively quickly up to this point.

I didn’t realize they sent the trucks off site for the spray in liner until a couple of weeks ago either. Just thought they did it a the factory somehow.

Yet another thing I learned here!
