(Feb 13) 2021 F-150 Production Constraints

So, I know that if a truck has a blend date, it means they have all the parts reserved. Is the same true if I just have the VIN and a build week? My secondary status shows a build date of 28 February as of Thursday

Should be fine.
I had a date when the 5.0 was restricted and not available---but mine got built anyway.

LoL My build has 3 of those 4 items...however my build week is 3/15...hopefully it isn't affected.

Mine had a blend date of 2/9/21. I ordered it with wheel well liners and it has been built and in transit.
If that helps anybody

I have each one of those on my order - Hopefully those delays don’t stack on each other! 16-24 weeks extra.

I thought the bed and wheel well liners were completed by the dealer on arrival? That’s what my dealer told me anyways. So not sure how something like that could be delaying deliveries?

The delays are real. My truck was built 1/21, still shows “in production” with an ETA date that keeps getting extended 7 days every week. I ordered the spray in bed liner and wheel wells. At this point I’ve decided to just try and remain calm rather than do something rash and refuse the truck and buy another off the lot.

Well, the bed liner gets done after its built so there is a chance it might sit there for weeks now waiting to have the Berliner done.

I think the dealer might have meant they can do it but pretty sure these are not dealer installed options if you order from Ford. My dealer told me not to bother getting the bed liner from Ford, he told me it was cheaper to get a Line X and the warranty on the Line X is lifetime and the Ford is only as long as the truck warranty. The Line X also does a better job prepping the bed.

For those of you that have got a bed liner from Ford am I correct in what I have seen, the Ford insignia in big letters up by cab. I opted to wait because of that but if that is not the case, I should have had Line-X do it. Is it too late to take it out of the cue for spray is I have a 2-10 production. 3-22 delivery date

I would recommend taking this info with a grain of salt.
My Lariat with a blend date of 2/9 went into production and build was complete on 2/13.
it does have pwr running boards, spray in bed liner and wheel well liner.
Right now, my status is 'Built', waiting to get shipped to dealer.
Maybe the above delays are caused after the week of 2/13?

I have max tow and spray in. My order shows in processing on the tracker. Ford performance chat says I have a production date of 2/23. There is hope.

My dealer also told me this. They also said not to order the wheel well liners, the dealer can install them after the truck comes in for cheaper than the cost on the initial build.

My dealer told me my truck has left the factory. Do they send these out to get sprayed? To be stored off sight? I'm still showing 5 weeks until delivery.
