Appreciate the help; however, just realized it’s for ‘rail’ shipment tracking. My truck is currently slated for convoy transport, vehicle status: ASN.

mine also says convoy but it will be by rail from Michigan to New Orleans, and then convoy from there to my dealer. That last little bit (75 miles or so) will be what I can track with United Roads.
Thanks for the clarification. After following the steps in the link you provided, I discovered that I’m in a similar situation. Thank you! Now I can track from the rail line to the dealership.
gotta figure out which rail it is. Once it ships, your dealer should be able to give you a rail car number. Once you have it, you can call an automated line and get updates. Bump this when you get that info and I’ll post how.

Lol unless you get unlucky with Canadian National Railway cuz I have yet to find a way to track my railcar CN710707.
I'll let you know if mine ever gets to Owatonna haha then you'll at least have an idea of wait time from Dearborn to MN.
