What number are you calling? Do you just give them your VIN and they hunt it down? Sounds like what I've been asking for from my dealer and their response is "we don't see nuthin'."I called ford customer service and they were able to see that it was released from the “body shop” meaning it’s built and the next step is to be shipped. This is as of today the 21st. Estimated delivery date is April 12 ??

Got an update from my salesman. While he didn’t give me the VVR screenshot, but he said it showed in transit via rail and was in Oregon 
. Keep in mind this is coming from KC and going to either Mesquite, TX or Houston, TX according to my dealer.
Is there a rail stop between there that is named Oregon? Or do y’all think it’s actually in Oregon state? Seems horribly out of the way.
Not sure of the rail company, but assume it’s either BNSF or UP. Ford Customer Care says ETA or April 5th.

That’s really strange they would travel that far north first.

Call the customer service Number and asked to be transferred to marketing. They are able to give more in depth information

I worry someone has SNAFU’d my shipment and its going to the wrong dealer, and will now be guaranteed to be delivered after tuck month and after my PCO expires 4/4.
