Canadian VIN tracking

I was using the Ford US vehicle tracking to track my F-150 using order # and VIN but for the past few days the site is not accepting the VIN # with a message that it is a Canadian VIN (I am in Canada) and I must go the Canadian vehicle tracking website. The link for the Canadian vehicle tracking is not working and lands me on a missing page.
Has anyone experienced this issue. How can I track the vehicle?

Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. Ford Canada said that they are still working on fixing the Canadian tracker. The best source for your truck build updates is either your dealer or Ford Canada customer service.

Unfortunately Ford Canada do not value their customers enough to have a simple tracker available . Hell, just take the damn code from ford.com/tracker and apply it to ford.ca, it's not bloody rocket science.

They can build sophisticated vehicles but trackers are a problem. Why can't they just let us track our vehicles on the US tracker still. It's not like my F150 is built at a special Canadian factory. And if the Canadian tracker isn't working why kick us off the US tracker?

They can’t even get us the 2022 build and price. And last time I checked there wasnt even a 2022 brochure as yet.

i get the chip shortage. But simple things like a brochure. Ford is a complete mess

I haven't been able to track in a while. I got my last update by calling the 1-800 customer service number. Tried emailing Ford Canada for an update and they told me to contact my dealer. Really? That is something customer service can't look up? Or just wouldn't?

The 2022 build and price not being up as we approach March is just unbelievable. It won't be much longer till they have to update it to the 2023 model year.

Ford themselves have every excuse for why nothing is their fault. They don’t care about Canadian customers 1 bit.
211 days and still no delivered 2021 for me. They stumbled when I said my dealer got 2 2022’s 2 weeks ago but not my 2021 as I laughed at their back peddling.

It is 326 days for me waiting ?. Paid $2000 down payment Mar 30/2021 ? If I didn’t already have an F150 would have been really pissed off.

They must have flipped you to a 2022?
My 2021 is built. Has been for over 2 months. They just keep pushing the delivery back after I was assured the pissed off truckers wouldn’t delay it.

I waited 2.5 months then got tired of waiting for it to be scheduled so went to another dealer to place another order.

I’m stuck. I got a $100 a week lease deal. If I went elsewhere it would be more than double.

I have to be somewhat patient or else they would tell me to F off and sell my truck for $25k more than I’m paying lol

Although I haven't been waiting as long, I'm in a similar position. My lease is going to be $475 a month, taxes in. Nobody will touch that deal.

Have to agree here.

Microchip shortage? I get it... there are very complex supply chains that take months to move.

Inability to update your website, is honestly just asinine. Even if everyone is still working from home, this is work that can be done from home.
