It's mainly the principle of the matter I guess. I've never had a vehicle with the dials like that either. I just liked the more unique look of the temp in the dials.
When I ordered all I had to go on was the 21 build and price. I ordered over the phone and that's when I got hit with the bed utility package when all I wanted was the lights in the bed.

Then when the order guide came out the first thing I read was there is no changes from 21 to 22 models. Well, I bought some led lights for my license plate light today too because the yellow looks funny compared to the other lights being white.

There were a couple of options that were also listed wrong on the build and price like the remote release tailgate which said in a couple of different places came with the remote start. Even a ford rep said it would have that. And a factory tailgate dampener. It doesn't.

The xl/stx guys lost the glove box lid over the lower one.

But overall what are you going to do. I have a new truck that so far everything else is likeable. Plenty of power. Lots of tech that I'll get figured out. That screen has a lot happening on it. It's only been 3 days.

I’d also like to change out the license plate lights For LED. Did you just change out the bulbs or is a new pluggable assembly on each side required? Either way, do you have a link on what to buy? Thanks!

These were the LED license plate lights I ordered from Stage 3. You reach in behind the bumper and twist out (1/4 - 1/2 twist?) the plug. Remove the glass bulb (note - I needed a small flat screwdriver to pop the glass one out.). Plug in the LED and then twist it back. Pretty simple upgrade.

Also - don't start by trying to pry the plastic panel out of the bumper. (Not that I tried...). ?

I just ordered some sylvania led mini 194's from walmart. Haven't installed yet but I read where someone said the bulbs they used hit the lense. I'll let you know if they do.

Looks like I finally got the activate option in the FordPass app last night as well. Showing the ProPower and Wifi Hotspot options. Not to get too excited, but I think this is progress.

The only change/update on my Ford Pass was that Sync last update 11 Jan 2022.
Up until they switched our Canadian VINS to the ford.ca (inoperative) site my delivery ETA was 20 Feb 2022
Today I was informed that my delivery ETA has now been updated to an ETA of 15-25 April 2022
