This is my 4th F150 Limited.
I hope all can be figured out and fixed without much of a problem. What I don't like is picked 2 tracks in last 2 month both are north of 81k and they are having quality control problem. I believe if Ram is reading this they will be laughing, if they can even get 10% people switch after all these non-senses, they will win.

I dont think anyone in a ram could ever laugh at any other truck owner... 20 year old 5.7 motor, slowest in class, no 10 speed, the list goes on... outside of their interior looking nice (subjective), it's a super overpriced truck that performs last in class (tow rating and payload also) and people buy it because its got the nicest interior.... we're talking about a truck here. Basically everything that it's supposed to do as a truck, it does worse than a Chevy or a Ford. It has its own problems too, just like any model and manufacturer.

This is gonna be a good week though for sure. So many of us have that 1/31 - 2/6 delivery.

Man I hope so. Sucks my truck is sitting in a lot in the snow for 30 days, and just a couple hours away from the dealer.

Good to know. Was planning on getting mine today but it seems like the dealer is dragging their feet for PDI. I’m about to loose my patience with them.

Well Ford seems determined to have me pay MSRP for my Tremor so I'm having to get creative. Applied for the fordpass credit card and even lowballing my income it insta-approved me for $5600 credit limit. Hopefully they let me put $5600 of my down payment on the card so I can be rich in ambiguously valued ford points.

Update on mine, moonroof glass is “scratched” and a replacement has been ordered. Trying to go pick it up today and then go back for the replacement.

I'd be careful with that. I tried googling "ford moonroof scratch" and the first results were about lawsuits and recalls over shattering moonroofs. Of course that's assuming they're telling the truth, you might be onto something with the "scratched." Could be they're vacuuming shards out of the tracks and carpet right now.

I decided not to get the moonroof because I was worried about things like this.

I’m starting to get pissed. It’s been hard to get in touch with my sales guy today. I originally asked if we could get it done today and that I have a fairly busy schedule starting tomorrow for about the next 2-3 weeks. He responded that they are short staffed in the back but that he would find out. I then called an hour and a half later and he didn’t answer my call earlier but immediately told me via text that he’d call me back in a bit.

2 hours later I texted him again explaining my schedule and that I’d like to get this wrapped up today. 20 minutes later I get a text back that he has been informed that the moonroof is scratched and that a replacement panel has been ordered and should be in next week. I told him that if it’s just a scratch, I would like to come get it and bring it back for the repair. He replied that he would find out but would prefer if I waited until it was completed to take delivery. He replied that he would ask the manager. I also asked for a pic and he said that he “will try.”

I am starting to think that something is up. This small town ford dealer either has people lined up in the parking lot trying to buy vehicles on a rainy Monday or they’re hiding something. If I don’t hear back from him today, I’ll cancel my schedule tomorrow and drive 110 miles out there tomorrow to check it out for myself.

I would force him to send a picture. There should be no "maybe" or "will try" about it. If there's truly a scratch, you deserve to see a picture. I can't imagine why they wouldn't let you take it home if it was just a scratch. It’s about 115 miles to the dealer. I’m on the NW side of Houston and they’re on the Tx/La state line. Everything was fine up until the lack of communication which I have very little tolerance for. I plan on dropping in tomorrow to check it out and see for myself. If there’s significant damage, they can knock some money off and include a 7 year ESP that will cover any future issues or I’ll walk and it can be someone else’s potential issue. There’s a nearly identical truck with the exception of the sunroof that’s in transit to a local dealer that I’ll go snag.

After multiple delays on the tracking site, the truck arrived at the dealer today. Actually shocked...I was expecting more delay updates and not by a delivery update. Excitement went up a lot!
